Eligibility: To return a LoftyLoo, it needs to be in tip-top shape, still in its original packaging, and free from any scratches or signs of use. 
 

Timeframe: You've got a solid 15-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Meow about flexibility!

Return Shipping: As a small business, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We know it's a bit of a drag, but hey, we're not trying to scratch your wallet. However, if your LoftyLoo arrives damaged or defective (let's hope that doesn't happen), we'll gladly step in and arrange a prepaid return label. Meow, that's what we call customer care!
 

Refund: Once we receive the returned LoftyLoo and confirm its pristine condition, we'll speedily process your refund.

Please expect a timeframe of 10-12 weeks for delivery. We understand the anticipation and are working tirelessly to ensure the highest quality product reaches your doorstep as soon as possible. Our current delivery times are longer because we are a small start-up. Once we are fully launched, we anticipate that our shipping times will significantly reduce to just a few days. Free Shipping in the USA! Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and International. We do offer International Shipping. Canada customers can purchase directly on the website.
